Abeokuta:Four Students Dead as Cultist Goes to HIT at Mapoly.

Some student believed to be cultists have allegedly killed four students of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun State
.Source gathered that one Muraina Ibrahim, popularly called Elebe of ND II, Computer Engineering    Department, was killed last Wednesday along the popular sap route, while another ND II student of Mass Communication Department, simply identified as Demola, was last Saturday killed along MacJob Street at Fowobi area of the state capital.
The identities of the two other victims  were yet to be ascertained at press time, but one of them was reportedly killed at Mango area of Oluwo, also on Saturday, while the other was  killed at Iyana Oloke.
    Findings have shown that Eiye and Buccaneer confraternities had been locked in a supremacy battle in the areas.
 Contacted, Public Relations Officer of the institution, Sulaiman Adebiyi, denied that the dead students were MAPOLY’s.
He said he was aware of the death of two persons, whose identities had not been confirmed as MAPOLY students.
Confirming the incident, the Police Public Relation Officer in the state, Muyiwa Adejobi, said eight persons, suspected to be cultists, had been arrested in connection with the killings.
